2 cups sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups unsifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, margarine and chocolate; add eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Mix in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add gradually to chocolate mixture, mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill 2 hours, or overnight.

Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonful into confectioners' sugar, coating lightly; then shape into a kiss. Place on greased baking sheets 2 inches apart. Bake at 350ºF for 14 minutes, or until done. Remove from baking sheets and place on wire racks to cool.
