2 cups of creamy peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup splenda
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
3 bananas mashed
4 cups oats
4 cups cornflakes ( or another dry cereal)
2 cups of coconut
1 cup of walnuts
2 cups of craisins
2 cups of chocolate chips

Using mixer combine peanut butter , honey, and splenda, when mixed add eggs and mix well. Add spices, salt, baking soda, and mix. Add bananas and mix well on medium speed. Add oatmeal, mix well, add coconut mix, add cornflakes, mix. Add the nuts, chips and craisins and mix well, making sure you have mixed dough from the bottom.
Drop by heaping teaspoons on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 15 min. enjoy with mornig milk or coffee.

I call these my healthy cookies because athere is no flour, butter, or refined sugaar in them. Because of all the cereal, I eat them for a breakfaast cookie.
