6 Eggs
3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Shortening Melted
6 Heaping Teaspoons Baking Powder
Bottle of Anise Extract
Almond of Vanilla Extract your choice for frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Melted Shortening and Baking Powder together

Add Flour gradually until you have a soft cookie dough

Knead Dough a little bit

Make small balls with the dough

Bake at 350 Degrees on greased baking sheets until light brown

About 12 minutes

Makes around a 100 cookies

Frost with Icing:

Mix Confectionary Sugar, Water and Almond or Vanilla Extract to spreading consistency
