3/4 cp butter ( unsalted sweet cream)
1 cp sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Chill 1 hour or overnight

Roll out and use cookie cutters

Bake 375º 6-8 min
