1/2 pound butter or margarine
3 ounces cream cheese
1c sugar
2¼c flour
1tsp. vanilla
12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
4tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350ºF

2. Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour, cream cheese and vanilla. Knead together by hand or in food processor

3. Divide dough, place ½ in fridge

4. Roll out other half between 2 sheets of wax paper to a rectangle 6"x10"

5. Melt chocolate with 4 tablespoons butter, spread over dough and roll tight, immediately

6. Refrigerate for two hours

7. Repeat with second ½

8. Slice rolls as thin as possible, place on baking sheet

9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, cool on a wire rack

10. Serve or place in freezer for up to 2 months
