Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1½ pounds Hershey chocolate balls
4 squared bitter chocolate
½ stick margarine
1 pound marshmallows
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolates and butter in the top of a double boiler. Grandma would cover the pan & take it of the burner so the water and the steam didnt harden the chocolate and make it difficult to work with. It will take 20-30 minutes to melt.

2. Line 9x13 in pan with wax paper.

3. in a bowl combine marshmallows and chopped nuts. Have prepared so when chocolate is melted you can immediately add to bowl. Work fast as chocolate hardens fast.
4. Once mixed, transfer to 9x13 prepared pan. Put in refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Susan makes this for Passover and uses any chocolate. I make it frequently and am asked for this recipe all the time.
