2 C Almond flour
½ C smashed almonds
2 C whole wheat pastry flour
1 t baking soda
½ t baking powder
1½ C sugar
½ C non dairy milk (more as needed)
1 t almond extract
2 t vanilla
¾ C oil
1 t cinnamon
1 t brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine dry ingredients except sugar
Combine wet ingredients plus sugar and mix till dissolved
Combine wet and dry
Roll into balls and flatten on cookie sheet
Decorate with almond in the center of each
Bake for about 10 minutes

Use sliced almonds and smash them in your hands adding love to the mix!

Substitute almond butter for sliced almonds
