5 c (600g) flour
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1 c butter at room temp
2 eggs
1 T light corn syrup
1 c light brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 T vanilla
1 tsp blue food dye
1/4 tsp violet food dye
1 c chocolate chips

Optional: Oreos, chips Ahoy, graham cracker, Wilton Sprinkle eyeballs

Pre heat your oven to 375º
*Whisk together your flour, baking powder, corn starch and salt.

*In mixing bowl, with the paddle attachment on high speed, beat your butter, eggs, sugars, corn syrup, vanilla until light and fluffy.
*Add your blue and purple food dye.
*Add your dry ingredients 1 cup at a time.
*Add chocolate chips.

*Feel your dough. If it's too wet and sticky, add more flour, 1/8 c at a time. If it's too dry and crumbly, add a splash of milk. Your dough should be soft like play-doh but not stick to your fingers.

*Weigh your dough in 5.7 oz dough balls, then cut in half to fit the Oreo inside.
*Decorate the top of your dough with Oreos, chips ahoy and graham crackers, and eyeballs.

*Bake for 9-10 minutes.
