1½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ cup flour
1 cup butter softened
1 egg
½ tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter

Directions:
Mix and cream together. Roll into a 2 inch roll and refrigerate at least 2 hours then slice and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes
