1 cup confectionery sugar
1 cup softened butter
4 cup bisquick baking mix
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp. almond extract
4 tbsp. water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter. Then add bisquick and nuts, almond extract and water. If not moist enough add a little bit more water then shape into balls. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. When slightly cooled roll into confectionery sugar, then roll again. Makes approximately 6 dozen.
