1-1 /2 sticks of butter, softened
3/4 C. sugar
1 T. water
3 T. cocoa
2 C. quick-cooking oatmeal
1-1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 C. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add water, cocoa and oatmeal. Chill 2-3 hours. Pour powdered sugar in bowl. Shape cookie dough into small balls, then roll in powdered sugar. Store cookies in covered container in refrigerator.
