2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/4 Cup White Corn Syrup
1/2 cup water
1 pound butter -- not margarine

1 large chocolate Hershey's Candy Bar
1 cup pecans to sprinkle on top

Mix all ingredients. Start on high, stir until butter is melted. Turn heat to low-med when it boils. Cook to 288 degrees . Pour on lightly buttered large cookie sheet. Put nuts in bottom of cookie sheet before pouring toffee if you want nuts. Nuts are optional but you could use cashews, salted peanuts, toasted almonds, or walnuts.
