½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg 1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
½ cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Rolling:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl with either a stand mixer, hand held mixer, or just by hand, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
Then add in the vanilla and mix. With a spatula scrape down the bottom and sides of the bowl.
Then add in the egg and mix, then scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Next add in the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda and salt. Mix very slowly so that it doesn’t spill everywhere.
Chill your cookie dough in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
When your dough is done chilling, preheat your oven to 350℉.
In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and white sugar for the rolling.
Scoop out about a tbsp of dough and roll it in the powdered sugar mixture, then place it on a greased or lined cookie sheet.
Repeat for the rest of your dough.
Then bake your cookies for 11-12 minutes.
