1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until the dough is creamy.
Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet about 2-3 inches apart. The cookies will spread as they bake.

Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Edges should be lightly brown.
Cool thoroughly before frosting.
