4 cups water
2 Tbsp yeast
½ cup sugar
4 Tbsp melted shortening
1 Tbsp vinegar
9 cups flour
1 Tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of water. Add remaining water and rest of ingredients in order given. Knead for 5 to 6 minutes; until a soft dough forms. Allow to rise in a greased bowl until about doubled in size, about 1 hour. Shape and allow to rise until almost doubled in size. Bake at 375ºF for about 18-20 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen buns.
