3 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Shorting
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
pre-heat oven to 375 º
Into a bowl sift together flour, baking powder &
baking soda
Cut in shorting as fornpie crust
Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well
Blend egg mixture into flour mixture
Roll out on floured pastry cloth or board to 1/8 inch
thickness, cut with cookie cutter
Lift with spatula to ungreased cookie sheet & bake
for 6-8 minutes
remove at once to cooling rack
