Dry ingredients:
1¼ cup oats
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt


Liquid ingredients:
½ cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ bag Heath English toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients well. Add together the oil, egg, vanilla and toffee bits and mix well with dry ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 325º for 12 minutes on parchment covered cookie sheets (lightly browned but not burned).

Don't let the title of this recipe fool you; these cookies are not like a regular oatmeal cookie and they are very very good!
