1 C. Shortening
1.5 C. Sugar
3 eggs
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 9 oz. pkg. "None Such" Condensed Mince Meat

Preheat oven to 375º In a large mixer bowl, cream together shortening & sugar. Add eggs, beating 'till smooth.
Combine dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Crumble & stir in mince meat Drop by rounded tsp., 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed or lightly greased. Bake 8-10 min. or until lightly browned.
