1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt (optional if using salted nuts)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts (cut nuts in half)

Directions:

Preheat oven 325
Cream sugars and butter
Add vanilla and eggs (and salt if adding it)
Add cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and flour
Mix well
Add chips and nuts
Drop 2 tbs size on baking sheet
Bake 10-12 minutes
