1 cup organic ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 large onion, chopped
56 ounces Grandma Brown's or Bush's original Baked Beans
5-6 slices thin cut bacon
3-4 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine ketchup, molasses, mustard and onions, add beans and mix well. Pour into baking dish, arrange bacon slices over top, sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Bake 55-60 minutes, remove from oven and allow to set 5-10 minutes before serving.

Canned beans are doctored up with a simple sauce made from ketchup, molasses, yellow mustard and onion, then roasted in the oven with thinly sliced bacon over top.

Grandma Brown's baked beans are an upstate NY favorite. They can be purchased at Wegman's grocery store--a chain headquartered in upstate NY.
