1/2 lt br sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 large eggs beaten
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 tbsp milk
2 c candied cherries (chopped)
2 c dates. (chopped)
2 c pecans (chopped)
2 c candied pineapple (chopped)
1/3 c bourbon

Preheat oven to 325*.
Grease cookie sheet, put in mixing bowl of electric mixer, beat sugar, butter together until light and fluffy 3 - 4 minutes. beat eggs in another bowl, Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, stir or whisk dry mixture. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture beating on low until well blended. Stir in the milk - add remaining ingredients and mix well- from by spoonful or small cookie scoop on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
