1 CUP BUTTER
1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
MIX THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR SIFTED
1/2 TSP. SALT
3/4 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED NUTS
ADD TO THE ABOVE MIXTURE

CHILL DOUGH FOR 1/2 HOUR, THEN ROLL INTO BALLS. PLEASE 2 INCHES APART ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET.

BAKE 400 DEGREES 10-12 MINUTES.

WHILE STILL WARM, ROLL IN GRANULATED SUGAR, COOL AND ROLL AGAIN.
