1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
1 lb. pitted dates, chopped
8 c. whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Coat above mixture with 1 c. flour. Beat until foamy, 4 eggs and beat until smooth 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder. Pour batter over floured fruit. Mix well until batter coats fruit. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 20-30 minutes. Watch closely to be sure not to overcook. They will be done when they are a light, golden brown.
