2 cups flour
1 T ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening untill soft, add sugar and cream till fluffy. Add eggs and molasses. Mix in rest of ing. Blend well. Bake at 350º for 9-10 mins.
