GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 package graham crackers, rolled and crushed
FILLING:
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
3 Heaping TB corn starch
1/4 cup poppy seed filling
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 TB butter
4 egg whites
8 TB sugar

Directions:
Directions:
*Prepare the graham cracker crust, reservng 3/4 cup of crumb mixture for topping.
*To prepare the filling, mix together sugar and corn starch, add milk, egg yolks, poppy seed and cook over medium heat. After mixture thickens, add vanilla and butter.
*Beat egg whites until stiff and then gradually add sugar.
*Mix egg white mixture with cooled pudding mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust.
*Then sprinkle with 3/4 cup graham crumbs.
*Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes
