1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter, room temperature
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
36 peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
*Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
*Now add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well.
*Roll dough into 36 1" balls and place into 3 ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
*While cookies bake, unwrap 36 Reeses peanut butter cups. When cookies are done, remove from oven and place 1 peanut butter cup in center of cookies WHILE STILL WARM. Cool completely in the pans.
