3 C. powdered sugar
1 1/2 T. light corn syrup
3-4 T. whole milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
food colorings

with a mixer blend all ingredients together
divide into as many little bowls as you need for your colors
decorate
this frosting hardens and is glossy and tastes as good as it looks

I love this frosting.
I made 42 little Christmas Cut-Out cookies for our church's pre-school children this December. The frosting was easy to work with and stayed in place and stayed true to color.
