2 cups of sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup powdered sugar (to roll cookies in!)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, oil, and melted chocolate in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended.

2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry mixture slowly.

4. Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.

5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Keep balls very small so they are bite size.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Undercooked is better than over cooked and it is hard to tell so watch the clock
