1/2 cake yeast
1 stick oleo
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. Sour cream
31/2 c. sifted flour

Filling:
6 c. nuts
9 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. hot milk or 1 c. sugar with 1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
First mix 1/2 cake yeast with 2 tbsp. warm water and 1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar.
With electric mixer, cream 1 stick of oleo, then 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 whole eggs, then add 2 c. sour cream. Now add 3 1/2 c. sifted flour. Add yeast mixture into dough when it bubbles. If dough is real sticky, add more flour until not sticky. Mix really good, divide into 4 balls and raise 1 hour.
Roll out. Add nut mixture or 1 lb. apricot per ball.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
