1 c. butter
1½ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
¾ c. cocoa
¾ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1¾ c Hershey mini kisses ( I use white chocolate chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoon onto un-greased cookie sheet (I use parchment paper). Bake 8-10 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely Makes 3½ dozen.
