9 inch pie crust

Apple mixture

1/3 C sugar
3 T flour
Dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
3 C thin sliced apples

Cheese mixture

1 package cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla


Crumb mix

1 C flour
1/2 C butter
1/2 C brown sugar

Mix with fork until crumbly.

Apple mixture

Mix dry ingredients and stir in apples

Cheese mixture

Beat cream cheese slightly, add egg, sugar, and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Add cheese mix to pie then add apple mix. Cover with crumb topping or top crust.
Bake at 375º about 45 minutes.

Crumb mix

Mix with fork until crumbly.
