½ c flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in bowl & add flour slowly until you can make a firm ball. Lightly flour the surface of a counter or large cutting board. Roll out dough until thin. Cover with light kitchen towel or paper towel. Let dough rest for a couple of hours. Cut into desired width strips. Add to hot, cooking broth or boiling water with a dash of salt.
