2 cups butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
4 cups flour
1 (200g) package white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter until light and fluffy, add sugar. Beat until well blended.
2. Add 1 cup flour at a time.
3. Add white chocolate chips and cranberries
4. Drop by tablespoon full onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 -14 minutes. Do not over-bake, they should not be brown.
6. Cool on cookies sheets for 5 minutes, transfer to cooling rack.
