1 cup sugar (give or take)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporate milk (optional)
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3-4 cups of milk
4-6 eggs separated

beat egg yolks, canned milk, pudding, sugar, salt, vanilla together. Whisk in 1-2 cups of milk. Pour in the freezer container, add enough milk to just short of fill line (to leave room for your egg whites. Beat egg whites till white peaks form and fold into the ice cream mixture.
Follow instructions with your freezer for making ice cream.
Can store in freezer for 1-2 months.
