1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Canned Pumpkin
½ c. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves
1 c. Raisins or Cranberries
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, pumpkin, oil and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients.

Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.

Place about a tablespoon of cookie mixture on a cookie sheet.

Bake in 350º oven for about 12 to 15 minutes.
