2-3 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken
Mixed Vegetables
Butter
Flour
Chicken Stock
Mushrooms
Onions
Green Pepper
Milk or Heavy Cream
Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Chop chicken into chunks.
Dice mushrooms, onions, and green pepper.

Cook the chicken and mixed vegetables and set aside.

Make a roux with the butter and flour. Add the diced mushrooms, onions, and green pepper. Add the chicken stock to make a thick gravy. Then add the milk or heavy cream for richness.

Combine gravy with the cooked chicken and mixed vegetables for the filling.

Place the pie crust in a pan and add the filling. Fold over the edges of the pie crust and leave the center open.

Place in a 375º oven to cook the pie crust for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the size.
