Nanny's Tomato Sauce recipe
Nanny's Meatballs recipe
1 box Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp nutmeg
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook Lasagna noodles to 2 minutes less than package directions. Drain and cool.

Prepare the cheese mix by placing the Ricotta Cheese, eggs, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix well.

In a baking casserole dish:

Step 1. Cover bottom of pan with Nanny's Tomato Sauce
Step 2. Put a layer of lasagna noodles
Step 3. Put a layer of cheese mix
Step 4. Put a layer of Nanny's Tomato Sauce
Step 5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sauce
Step 6. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese

Repeat all 6 steps 3 times.

Place a layer of Nanny's Meatballs on top

Cover and bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbling and cheese melted.
