15 oz. package Oreo cookies
8 oz package cream cheese - softened
1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 large Cool Whip
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
2-1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Crush cookies, saving 1/4 cup for topping. Add melted margarine and mix well. Press into 13x9 pant.

Beat the cream cheese with mixer and add the powdered sugar. Beat well and then fold in the Cool Whip (save 1/4 cup for the topping). Spread on top of cookie mixture.

Mix pudding with milk. Spread on top of creamed cheese mixture layer.

Chill for 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Oreo cookie crumbs. Store in refrigerator.
