1 3 oz. Cream cheese
1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Flour

Filling
3/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
2 T. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 to 1 c. Chopped pecans
(2:1 ratio filling:pecan)

Oven 375º
Bake 15-20 minutes

Use mini cupcake pans
dough will be crumbly, kneed dough with hands until smooth
24 dough balls
Press dough ball in pan to form a cup.
Place chopped pecans in each cup.

Beat eggs
Add sugar, melted butter, vanilla and pinch of salt.
Mix together
Fill cups with liquid filling

Loosen cookies from pan right from oven, let cool a few minutes then cookies from pan
