3 Eggs ½ cup sugar
1 ½ cup Flour
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 stick of butter (melted) 2 teaspoons Vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400ºF
Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the center, add wet ingredients and mix into a firm dough.
Add more flour as needed.
Roll out dough and cut out with any desired cookie cutter.
Place on parchment on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown.

This recipe was the only cookie/dessert recipe my grandmother brought from Italy. She was a great cook but not a baker so this one was actually written down. It was in written Italian with metric measurements so I had to translate it. This was the cookies we left for Santa every year.
