3/4 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. sugar
1 egg
2 C. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
apple pie spice or (1/2 tsp nutmeg, all spice, ground ginger, ground certamen, 2 tsp cinnamon)
1 apple
1/4 apple cider

icing
3 Tbsp. melted butter, 3/4 C. apple cider, icing sugar

Directions:

in a bowl put 3/4 C. butter, 1 C. brown sugar, 1/2 C. sugar mix add
1 egg , 2 C. flour, pinch of salt,1 tsp. baking soda
apple pie spice or (1/2 tsp nutmeg, all spice, ground ginger, ground certamen, 2 tsp cinnamon)
cut1 apple add 1/4 apple cider mix all together add nuts if you want
shape in to balls on a cookie sheet bake at 350º for 17 min


icing
3 Tbsp. melted butter, 3/4 C. apple cider, add icing sugar about a Tbsp at a time till you get the thickness you want
