For Cookies:
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten-free baking flour with xantham gum
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

For Frosting:
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine all ingredients for the cookies, bake the cookies at 350 for 9 to 10 minutes, and let them cool. Combine all frosting ingredients in a bowl and pour them on top of the cookies light the frosting on fire, blow the fire out and let them cool. Serve cold or hot.
