½ cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
pinch of Kosher salt
¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan bring butter and water to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low, add flour and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball. Remove pan from heat. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly. Drop mixture from a spoon onto ungreased baking sheet 3" apart, to desired size. Bake at 400º for 45-50 min (or for small puffs, 30 min. or until puffed.) Puffs should be lightly browned and dry. Make whipped cream by adding vanilla pudding, powdered sugar, heavy cream, salt and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat until mixture forms peaks. Cut off top of puffs and remove soft center dough. Fill with whipped cream mixture.
