Directions:
For Cookie:
Sift dry ingredients.

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs; add vanilla and dry ingredients.

Sift and add flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to hands.

Pinch off dough, and roll in your hands to form into a 1” ball.

Place on greased cookie sheets. Use the bottom of a glass dipped into confectioner’s sugar to light push down cookie.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Cool completely

For Icing:
Mix ingredients together and stir until smooth.

Dip cookies into icing and sprinkle with trim.

Place on wire rack with wax paper on counter to collect the dripping icing and sprinkles.

These will keep nicely in the freezer for up to 3 months and about 7 days in a tightly covered food storage container on your counter, slightly longer in the refrigerator.
