3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
12 oz package white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nut pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sift dry ingredients and set aside.

In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy, mix in vanilla and lemon juice.

Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, mixing just until well blended.

Drop by spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.

Cool on rack.
