8 oz. Almond Paste, grated
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Confectioner's Sugar
2 large Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 TBSP Flour
Pinch of Salt
Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix to crumble almond paste, sugar and confectioner's sugar. Let sit 3 minutes and add egg whites and vanilla extract. Add flour and salt and combine. Roll into a ball and cover with wax paper and refrigerate 1 hour. Drop cookies by teaspoon and drop on pine nuts. Bake 325º for 14-16 minutes.
