1 c crisco
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
Lastly, 4 c flour

Icing
2 1/4 T crisco
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cookies
Mix ingredients above with mixer. Add flour slowly. Knead throughly. Roll out to 1/4 in thick and cut into shapes. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Batter will be light brown on edges.

Icing
Mix all ingredients well and read on cooked cookies. May add food coloring if desired
