1 white cake mix
1/2 oz real vanilla extract
1/2 oz real lemon extract
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup pecans
2 cups candied pineapple
2 cups candied cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cake mix according to directions on the box. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased and flowered bunt pan 1/2 full. Cook at 325 for 50 minutes or until cake shrinks from the side of the pan. Cool cake on a cake rack. When cool, wrap the cake in rum soaked cheese cloth. Then wrap in saran wrap and then tin foil and place in an air-tight container and store in refrigerator for at least 1 week before serving.
