Crust:
1. 1 cup flour
2. 1/4 cup sugar
3. 1/2 cup butter, cold

Cookie:
4. 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5. 1 tsp baking powder
6. 1 can condensed milk
7. 1/2 cup chopped pecans
8. 1 cup chocolate chips

Frosting:
9. 3/4 cup butter, softened
10. 1 tsp vanilla
11. 1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend flour, sugar, and cold butter in food processor until crumbled

2. Press into 9 x 13 pan. And bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

3. Mix remixing cookie ingredients and pour over crust.

4. Bake at 350 Degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before spreading frosting.

5. Mix frosting ingredients together and spread over cooked cookies.

6. Let set before cutting into small bars.
