2 Tablespoons yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water with 1 teaspoons sugar
2 cups hot water
3/4 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
4 beaten large eggs
3 teaspoons salt
10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Proof yeast in warm water and granulated sugar, set aside.

Mix hot water, butter, salt, granulated sugar, and powdered milk in large mixer.

Add the yeast, eggs, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Knead for 10 minutes or until it is blistery (very smooth, with tiny blisters under the surface).

Place dough into an oiled bowl and let raise until slightly more than double in size.

Punch down and let it rest 10 minutes. Shape into desired rolls.

Let them raise again until double in size.

Bake in a 375º oven until golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
